Restaurant Tech Radar collects information you choose to submit through reader signup, Operator Pro interest, sponsor intake, and support forms. This may include your email, name, company, role, restaurant segment, interests, and the information you include in a message.
We do not sell reader lists. We do not promise that sponsor participation gives a sponsor access to subscriber identities.
Mailchimp processes newsletter subscriptions and delivery. Google Forms currently processes sponsor intake. Stripe may process future approved paid subscriptions or sponsor invoices. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms.
The site may use privacy-conscious aggregate analytics and Mailchimp campaign reporting to understand issue reads, link clicks, and subscription activity. Email opens can be unreliable and are not treated as precise individual behavior.
You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. To request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by Restaurant Tech Radar, email hello@restauranttechradar.com. Some records may be retained where reasonably required for compliance, security, accounting, or suppression-list purposes.
